Cloud Bread
Light, fluffy, and gluten-free, cloud bread is a TikTok sensation that’s both fun to make and eat. Perfect for breakfast or snacks!

🥢 Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or herbs (optional)
🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, sweetener, and optional seasonings.
- Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
- Spoon mixture into rounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
