Cloud Bread

Light, fluffy, and gluten-free, cloud bread is a TikTok sensation that’s both fun to make and eat. Perfect for breakfast or snacks!

Makes: 2–3 servings
Time: 10 min prep | 30 min bake

🥢 Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or herbs (optional)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, sweetener, and optional seasonings.
  4. Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  5. Spoon mixture into rounds on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
